Why I'm starting The ABADA AI Briefing
A practitioner's view of AI for business leaders: what changed, what it means, and what's worth doing now.
AI is changing faster than most leadership teams can track. Every month brings new models and new agent features from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta, along with a lot of noise about what they mean.
I’ve spent years helping organizations decide which work is worth automating, and then automating it. The question leaders ask hasn’t changed: what should we actually do now? Most answers are written for large enterprises with big budgets and consulting teams. This blog answers it for leaders of small companies and community organizations, once or twice a month.

Every post opens with a short summary for readers who have one minute. Every claim links to its source. And when something isn’t ready for real work yet, I’ll say so plainly.
